All fees are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Early bird and regular deadlines to be announced.
What Registration Includes

- Conference bag and materials
Conference Dinner requires an additional ticket, available to purchase during registration.
Author Registration Policy
Each accepted paper (regular, short, or demo) must be covered by at least one Author or Author Student registration. The registration must be completed before the camera-ready submission deadline. An author registration covers a single paper. Authors with multiple accepted papers must register separately for each paper.
Visa Support Letters
Visa support letters will be provided upon request after registration is confirmed. Please allow sufficient time for visa processing — we recommend requesting your letter as early as possible. Contact the conference secretariat to request a visa support letter.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be completed by the registrant by contacting ondm2027@cttc.es. A EUR 75 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds.
All registration cancellation requests received after [cancellation deadline — TBD] are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds are processed after the event concludes and can take four (4) to six (6) weeks to process.
