Camera-ready instructions and the copyright transfer form will be provided to authors of accepted papers together with the acceptance notification. Camera-ready papers must be submitted through EDAS by the camera-ready deadline.

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete author registration before the camera-ready submission deadline. See the Registration page for details.

Presentation Requirements

Details on presentation format (oral, poster, or demo) will be communicated to authors together with the acceptance notification. Presenters are expected to attend the conference in person.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I submit an extended abstract instead of a full paper?

No. ONDM 2027 requires full manuscript submissions (full or short paper). Extended abstracts are not accepted for the main track.

Are page limits strict?

Yes. Full papers may be up to 6 pages. Short papers must be exactly 3 completely filled pages. Papers exceeding limits will be withdrawn.

Is the review process double-blind?

Review process details will be published with the Call for Papers. Check back here or subscribe to the news page.

Where will papers be published?

Publication and indexing details will be announced with the full CFP. Based on previous editions, oral presentations are expected to be indexed in IEEE Xplore and the IFIP Open Digital Library.
